Spacious, clean and comfortable hotel. Friendly and helpful staff, including the concierge. Connected to a shopping mall. Convenient location for business travelers and access to the airport.

I spent Christmas holidays there and had an amazing time. The pool on the roof was a very welcome surprise and the gym was also very nice. The room itself had a huge bathroom and the TV was big and with excellent resolution. , the location was perfect, as it was very easy to get to the airport and the ferry terminal. Another advantage was the wide variety of restaurants in the area.
The breakfast area was a bit difficult to find and the breakfast itself was not the best part of my stay. The selection was a bit limited and the taste was not very impressive.

Nestled in the heart of bustling Bao-An district, this hotel is a great place for a business traveller like me. It's just a quick taxi ride from the airport, but despite being located close to major roads it remains surprisingly quiet. the service is warm and friendly, with English speaking staff. the room is spacious and has a nice modern bathroom, and the breakfast is delicious with many options to choose from. the hotel has a huge shopping mall nearby and a popular sauna to relax after a busy day.
The hotel may be a bit difficult to navigate at first due to its size and numerous facilities.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel complex - the staff was exceptionally friendly and tried their best to communicate with us despite the language barrier. The hotel was very clean, spacious, and comfortable. We enjoyed every minute spent here, from the lobby to the surrounding shops, restaurants and transportation. There was even a large department store right next to the hotel. The hotel had great facilities, such as a delicious breakfast and helpful concierge for travel plans. It was also conveniently located close to the airport, taking only 30 minutes via taxi.
Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like.

We had an incredible stay at this luxurious hotel! We were welcomed by the friendly staff who promptly served us refreshing drinks upon arrival. Our room was spacious with elegant decor and exclusive amenities that fulfilled our every need. We enjoyed the Spa & wellness centre, sauna, and outdoor swimming pool for ultimate relaxation. the sun terrace offered a stunning view of the surroundings.
The only minor issue we found was that despite the luxurious facilities, the hotel is situated in a residential area with no nearby transport links. the staff kindly arranged taxis for us whenever we needed it.
